Results are in…down 1.7 lbs this week, for a total of 36.8lbs lost in 13 week! I’m happy with the bounce back this week…was hoping for a higher number, but it is progress.

I hit the gym at 515 this morning, and had a decent workout. I spun for 5 minutes, then did 3 sets of 25 of the “core exercises” Coach Jen has me do…then I spun for 5 minutes and headed home to get ready for work.
